We order our precut din rail from you guys and ordered two 16" long pieces.  Unfortunately, we received two pieces, but they were only 13.75" long.  I called and talked to someone.  They apologized and we received the correct pieces a couple days later.  Thankfully, it won't hold up our production, but I thank you for taking care of  it so quickly.
